These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Pregnancy Track iOS application (“the App”), operated by Barber-Riley (“we”, “our”, “us”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

Pregnancy Track allows users to track their pregnancy journey, including weekly progress, kick counting, baby names, shopping lists, and more. All data you create is stored locally on your device. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the App.

2. Medical Disclaimer

Important: Pregnancy Track is designed for informational and tracking purposes only. The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • Information in this App should not replace professional medical advice
  • Always consult with qualified healthcare providers for medical decisions
  • If you experience any concerning symptoms during pregnancy, seek immediate medical attention
  • The kick counter and contraction timer are tools to help you track patterns, not diagnostic instruments

3. No Accounts

  • The App does not require user accounts
  • We do not store user-generated content on our servers
  • You are responsible for backing up your own device data

4. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Pregnancy Track may offer optional paid features or subscriptions (“Pregnancy Track Pro”).

  • Payments are processed through Apple In-App Purchases via RevenueCat
  • Subscription management and refunds are handled by Apple
  • We do not control Apple's billing or refund processes

5. Advertisements

The App may display advertisements provided by third-party services such as AdMob. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or linked websites.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App — including design, branding, and code — are owned by Barber-Riley. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without written permission.

7. App Availability

We aim to keep the App available and functioning but do not guarantee:

  • Continuous availability
  • That the App will be error-free
  • That data stored on your device will not be lost

We may update, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • We are not responsible for data loss resulting from device issues, deletions, or OS updates
  • We are not liable for any decisions made based on information provided by the App

Use of the App is at your own risk.

9. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
