Pregnancy Track (“the App”) is developed and operated by Barber-Riley (“we”, “our”, “us”), based in the United Kingdom. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Pregnancy Track iOS application.

Pregnancy Track stores pregnancy-related data locally on your device only. This may include:

  • Due date and pregnancy week information
  • Kick counting sessions and history
  • Baby names you save
  • Shopping list items
  • Weight and mood tracking entries
  • Contraction timing data
  • App preferences (name, preferred title, notifications)

We do not collect personal information such as email addresses or contact details. All data remains on your device.

b. Automatically Collected Information

We may collect limited, non-personal information to improve the App, including:

  • Usage and diagnostics data via third-party services
  • Crash reports (e.g. error logs, device type, OS version)

This data does not identify you personally.

2. Third-Party Services

Pregnancy Track uses the following third-party services:

  • AdMob – to display advertisements
  • RevenueCat – to manage in-app purchases and subscriptions

These services may collect data as governed by their own privacy policies.

3. Payments

All payments and subscriptions are handled securely via Apple In-App Purchases using RevenueCat. We do not collect or store payment details.

4. Data Storage

  • All user-created data (pregnancy tracking, kick counts, names, etc.) remains on your device
  • We do not sync, back up, or transmit your pregnancy data to our servers
  • You can reset all pregnancy data at any time from the app settings

5. Children's Information

Pregnancy Track is intended for adult users and does not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data, please contact us so we can address it.

6. Your Privacy Rights (GDPR)

As a UK/EU user, you have the right to:

  • Access information about how data is used
  • Request deletion of any data processed by third-party services

Since we do not collect personal data directly, most data control is handled via your device or Apple account.
